Success can bring freedom, opportunity and enormous satisfaction, but it can also create a level of pressure that very few people truly understand. As a founder, director or business owner, you are often the person expected to remain calm, make difficult decisions and keep everything moving, even when you are carrying uncertainty yourself. The more responsibility you hold, the fewer places there are where you can speak completely freely without considering how your words may affect your team, your family, your reputation or the future of the business.

Pressure rarely arrives as one dramatic event. It accumulates through decisions, financial responsibility, difficult relationships, uncertainty, expectations and the constant awareness that other people depend on you. It can follow you home, affect your sleep, alter your relationships and leave you carrying far more than anyone around you realises. Over time, the role can become so consuming that the person beneath it receives very little care, reflection or space of their own.

Private Access is a confidential one-to-one partnership created for the individual carrying that responsibility. It offers you a deeply private relationship in which you can speak honestly, think clearly and explore anything affecting your life without needing to protect, reassure or manage the person listening.

Although business pressures may be part of what brings you here, this work is never limited to the business. Your emotional wellbeing, relationships, personal life, mental health, physical health, spiritual life, ambitions, fears and sense of purpose are all welcome within this space. No part of you is treated as separate or irrelevant because every area of your life influences the way you lead, make decisions, relate to others and experience success.

For one year, you have someone beside you who understands the whole picture. I learn the rhythms of your life, the pressures you carry, the patterns that appear under stress and the ways in which you may be quietly neglecting yourself while remaining highly capable for everyone else. This depth of relationship allows us to notice problems before they become crises and to work with the parts of your life that may otherwise remain hidden until they begin affecting your health, relationships or ability to lead.

The Level of Access

Private Access is designed around the reality that significant pressure does not arrive neatly between scheduled appointments. You receive regular private sessions throughout the year, alongside priority access to me when something important arises and cannot reasonably wait.

Our sessions are arranged around your commitments and the natural demands of your life. Some months may require a steady rhythm of meetings, while other periods may call for more frequent contact because you are navigating a major decision, a personal difficulty, a change within the business or a time of intense emotional pressure. The relationship remains flexible so that the support meets the reality of what you are living through rather than forcing everything into a fixed timetable.

Between sessions, you have direct access to me through WhatsApp, voice notes and telephone within clear and respectful boundaries. This gives you somewhere to take the thoughts you cannot safely share elsewhere, the decisions you need to examine properly and the emotions that may be affecting you more deeply than you have had time to acknowledge.

When something significant happens, Private Access clients receive priority scheduling. I will always do my utmost to make space for you quickly, usually within 24 to 48 hours where reasonably possible. This means you are not left carrying an urgent situation alone or waiting several weeks for the next available appointment.

The value of this relationship lies in continuity. You do not have to begin every conversation by explaining the background because I already understand your world, your history, your pressures and the patterns we have been working with. That allows us to move quickly into what matters while still giving every part of you the care and attention it needs.

What Is Included

Private Access includes regular private one-to-one sessions throughout the year, priority access to my diary and ongoing support through WhatsApp, voice notes and telephone. The level of contact is shaped around your needs and the demands of your life, giving you far greater flexibility and access than my six-month private journey.

You will also receive unlimited distance healing throughout the year, full access to my online courses, meditations and masterclasses, complimentary access to my one-day retreats and any additional practices, reflections or resources that I believe will support you.

Everything is created around you. There is no predetermined pathway and no expectation that your personal life should be left outside the room while we discuss business. The purpose of Private Access is to care for the whole person carrying the responsibility, because sustainable success becomes far more difficult when the individual behind it is exhausted, isolated or disconnected from themselves.

Confidentiality

Everything shared within Private Access remains completely confidential. Nothing is reported back to a business, board, colleague, partner or third party. This relationship belongs entirely to you.

Confidentiality allows you to examine situations honestly before deciding what you want to do. You can express uncertainty, anger, fear, grief, ambition or doubt without those thoughts becoming public, being repeated elsewhere or being treated as a final decision. You are given the freedom to think out loud and explore what is true without consequence.

The Investment

Private Access is £20,000 for twelve months.

This investment reflects the depth of the relationship, the level of availability and the amount of personal access you receive throughout the year. It is designed for people who need more than occasional scheduled sessions and want the reassurance of knowing that trusted, confidential support is available when life becomes demanding.

Private Access is often funded through the business as part of director support, leadership wellbeing or personal development. Professional advice should be taken regarding the appropriate treatment for your individual business and tax circumstances.

I work with only a small number of Private Access clients at any one time. This allows me to protect the privacy, responsiveness and depth of support that make the relationship valuable.
