Self-Love is a healing process. It’s nurturing & accepting yourself through growth, strength & inner knowing. Practicing self-love is to hold your well-being & happiness in high regards & why shouldn’t you? True self-love is an unconditional love you feel towards yourself, an unshakable inner protection that knows it’s perfect just as it is. Many years ago, I came to the conclusion that whatever doesn’t serve my growth is a waste of time. I spent way too much time flogging that dead horse!! The friend who puts you down but secretly wishes they had what you had, the colleague who makes you appear incompetent in front of others but actually they see you as a threat!
