If you’re not in a position to commit to the full Unravel and Rise right now, this is a very real place to begin.
Unravel and Soften is a six-session journey designed for women who are stretched, tired, and carrying more than they can keep holding on their own. It’s for those moments in life when time, money, or capacity are limited, but doing nothing isn’t an option anymore.
This isn’t a watered-down version of my deeper work.
And it isn’t a quick fix.
It’s a focused beginning.
Across six sessions, we slow things down enough for you to understand what’s actually been going on inside you. Not just intellectually, but in your body, your patterns, and the way you’ve been coping day to day.
You’ll gain clarity about what’s driving the tension, the overwhelm, or the stuckness you’ve been living with. And alongside that clarity, there is real relief. Things begin to make sense. The constant edge eases. You’re not firefighting everything on your own anymore.
This work can be profound. It often is.
But it’s held within a realistic timeframe and commitment.
For some women, this is exactly what they need and nothing more.
For others, it becomes the doorway into deeper work later on.
Either way, it matters.
What you can expect
You’ll start to feel less trapped in your head.
Less reactive.
Less like you’re constantly pushing yourself to get through.
You’ll understand your patterns more clearly and begin responding to yourself with more steadiness instead of frustration or self-criticism.
And yes, there is space for lightness again.
Not forced positivity.

But moments where life feels more manageable, more open, more possible.
How it works
Six private sessions, held online via WhatsApp video or voice.
Each session meets you where you actually are that week.
We focus on what’s most present and most pressing, so the time we have together really counts. You’ll also be given simple yet profound ways to support yourself between sessions, without adding more to your plate.
The constant tension eases. You’re not on edge all the time, and you’re no longer fighting yourself just to cope.
