How we begin
Reserve your place for six months.
We schedule all 12 WhatsApp sessions (about 90 minutes each) at the start, so your care is held and you don’t have to juggle diaries.
We listen beyond words.
In session, I listen to what you say—and what you don’t. The pauses, the breath, the tiny shifts in tone and body language. That undercurrent often shows us the next true step.
