Private Access exists for people in that position.
Private Access is a discreet, one-to-one arrangement for founders, directors, and business owners who want a private space to think clearly, steady themselves under pressure, and speak freely without consequence.
This is not business coaching. Its much deeper and for the individual carrying responsibility, not the organisation around them.

How it works
Private Access is a one-year, one-to-one commitment.
We meet regularly throughout the year in a way that suits your schedule. There is light-touch availability between sessions when something feels pressing, with clear and respectful boundaries.
Everything shared is confidential. Nothing is reported. Nothing is taken elsewhere.
Investment
£20,000 for the year.
Private Access is typically paid for by the business as part of director or leadership support.
Availability
Private Access is intentionally limited. I work with a small number of people at any one time.
